You may close your ace778 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal holds are in place.
